[MINC-users] fmr_preprocess on cygwin

Hello all,

I tried to use fmr_preprocess on cygwin.
But, an error message comes as below, and it doesn't work.

Can't locate Getopt/Tabular.pm in @INC (@INC contain;

/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8/cygwin /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8

How can I treat this?
