[MINC-users] DICOM to mnc and vice versa for Mac OS X

Hello,

I'm working on a Mac with OS X.3 and OS X.4 and I noticed
that the conversion tools DICOM-> minc and mnc->DICOM
are not present. I know that these do exist for other platforms
and are called dcm2mnc and/or dicom_to_minc, etc.. Does
somebody know how to get these for the Mac.
