[MINC-users] Resampling 2mm MRI to 1MM

This should work:
autocrop -isostep 1 input_2mm.mnc output_1mm.mnc
Though your mincresample call provides the same functionality - except
that, in your case, you would overwrite the highres_session1_mri.mnc
file (well, actually, it would complain that the output file already
exists), which is probably not what you want.
