[MINC-users] need help for installation of minctools

When you compiled MINC, did you provide the following options :
./configure --prefix=my_install_dir --with-build-path=my_install_dir

where "my_install_dir" is the directory in which you installed netcdf 
and in which you want to install minc.

(netcdf should have been compiled with ./configure --prefix=my_install_dir)
