[MINC-users] Minc Tools

Hi All,

Are the minc tools freely distributed or does a research center not
affiliated with McGill/MNI/BIC need to purchase a copy of the tools?

When using a PC, I assume that Linux would be the OS of choice for the
minc tools instead of Windows XP.  Am I correct or am I assuming too much?
