[MINC-users] Installing Register on Win XP

Hello:
 
I downloaded the MNI-Register for Windows 95, 98, NT 4.0, and 2000, thinking it would work on XP Pro from http://www.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/users/fmorales/.
 
The package contains 3 dlls and an executable:
GLU32.DLL
glut32.dll
OPENGL32.DLL
register.exe
 
and... nothing happens when I run the executable (and there is absolutely no installation notes or README around to guide me) so I wonder what I should do?
 
I also got the compiled register+Display package from
ftp://ftp.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/pub/register+Display/compiled/
but, again, where should I put those files and what kind of normal behavior should I expect...
