[MINC-users] make build problem with mni_n3

Hi Asim,

which version of N3 you are using? If I am not wrong, to install N3 you 
need first to install "netCDF", "minc", "EBTKS", "BLAS" or "LAPACK" and 
"Perl5". Also, in which system are you installing the N3?
