[MINC-users] compiling register on OS X

I was actually able to get register to compile with the frameworks links and
some GLUT links from /usr/local/mni/external-libs but same problem as the
binary. Register window opens but no volume appears.

Also lots of trouble with xdisp.  Bruce seems to link against a bunch of
dynamic libraries in /sw/lib  -- a directory tree that does not exist on my
netcdf installation -- from the MAC OS X distribution package on the CD.
