I'm guessing that when you tranferred the data, the header was byte swapped and
the data wasn't.
Try this version of ana2mnc
http://www.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/~rotor/distro/ana2mnc-1.3c
using the -swap_data option.
If this works, I'll add this feature into the next release of ana2mnc
