[MINC-development] MINC with NetCDF 4.4?

Hello,
minc-toolkit is actually using NetCDF 4.3.x for a while , and all the tests pass. See https://github.com/BIC-MNI/minc-toolkit/blob/master/cmake-modules/BuildNETCDF.cmake
the libminc is used from develop branch of https://github.com/BIC-MNI/libminc though.
