[MINC-development] Missing headers in ebtks-1.6.4?

Thanks Claude,

At the moment in the N3-1.12.0 package the file:

src/SplineSmooth/fieldIO.cc

contains the lines (34-36):

#include <EBTKS/Spline.h>    // (bert) - Added EBTKS subdirectory
#include <EBTKS/MString.h>    // (bert)
#include <EBTKS/TBSpline.h>    // (bert)

which is why the make failed. The EBTKS in lines 34 and 36 can be safely 
changed into src/Splines?
