[MINC-development] Missing headers in ebtks-1.6.4?

Greetings,

I've installed ebtks-1.6.4 on a Ubuntu Lucid machine using 
gcc-4.1/g++-4.1, and wanted to install N3-1.12.0 after that, but two 
headers in the ebtks package are missing:

EBTKS/Spline.h
EBTKS/TBSpline.h

Are these versions of ebtks and N3 compatible? Those headers are 
included in ebtks-1.6.3.
