[MINC-development] emma query

Hi Everyone,

I read somewhere the emma is no longer under active development, but
was hoping someone might have some advice for building it. I'm using
fedora core 3 (32 bit) and matlab 7.1. My trouble seems to be caused
by a mismatch between the gcc used to build matlab and the one on the
system -

Invalid MEX-file
'/import/local32/matlab7_1/toolbox/emma/miinquire.mexglx':
/import/local32/matlab7_1/bin/glnx86/../../sys/os/glnx86/libgcc_s.so.1:
version `GCC_3.3' not found (required by /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6).

I'm not sure why libstdc++ is involved at all.

Any suggestions?
