[MINC-development] Draft API for MINC 2.0

MINC developers,

Bert, Leila, and I have put together a draft description of the API
for MINC 2.0.  It can be assessed on the web at

Please read it over a let us know what you think.  If you find any
loose ends please pull on them.  We want the final API to
comprehensive, self-consistent, general, easy to understand, easy to
use and well documented.  Post any suggestions, patches, new ideas,
old and overlooked ideas, additional functions and corrections back to
the list for discussion.
