[Loris-dev] How to define new visit labels

Hi Sandro,
Depending on the version of LORIS you are upgrading from, you may need to
run the following script:
https://github.com/aces/Loris/blob/main/tools/single_use/populate_visits.php
I believe it was LORIS release 24 that moved the configuration to the
database. Make sure to follow the release notes for every upgrade as they
mention the steps required. Pay special attention to the "Notes for
existing projects" section. Here are the v24 release notes
