Hi Laura,
Thanks for reaching out about your Data Query Tool (DQT).
So that we understand your context better, please let us know a) Which
LORIS project are you working with -- e.g. what is the website URL,
 and b) which Version of LORIS is installed?

Just before the DQT went offline (and only the DQT it sounds like) -- Did
anything happen, such as updating your LORIS system dependencies or even
re-loading DQT data?
If your colleague with admin privileges has access to the back-end logs and
can give more information about the error that would be ideal.
