Abstract
We lack treatments for many if not most neurological symptoms. Brain stimulation offers promise for treating these symptoms, but requires identification of a therapeutic target. I will show how brain lesions can be combined with the human connectome to map symptoms onto brain circuits, and that these circuits can be valuable targets for neuromodulation.
