uPrint fleet replacement – Tuesday, September 29th

Xerox Canada will be replacing 14 printers within The Neuro September 29th. The new printers will have the same functionality as the current ones, but with much improved quality, performance and usability. Please note that the remaining printers in your buildings will be replaced in May 2021.

The uPrint devices to be replaced will be disconnected from the network. Once disconnected, you will not be able to release print jobs, copy or scan to email on your uPrint machine. You will still be able to send print jobs to the uPrint system and be able to retrieve them once the replacement process is completed. Please note that replacement uPrint devices will go back online, one by one, once the individual setups of the machine are completed. When the serial number sticker has been applied on the new machine, the installation is complete and the device is ready to be used. To facilitate the removal and the installation process, please assure devices are free of obstacles and accessible to the Xerox technicians and riggers.

Please note that sending print jobs to uPrint remains unchanged.
