The move is happening tomorrow morning - the following services will go OFFLINE at 9 AM and will hopefully be back before 5 pm Friday...

All compute servers, i.e. SGE/batch services

The storage cluster, i.e. all storage leases

The following Web portals and/or virtual machines (VM) ...

dist.bic
forum.bic
jupyter.bic
learn.bic

ipmsa-admin
ipmsa-loris
ipmsa-mysql

biobank.bic
imaging.bic (DICOM transfers)
loris.bic
packages.bic
redcap.bic

You will be able to work locally on your workstation as network information (user/directory) and DNS services will remain functional, along with the user accounts filesystem (/home/bic).

Printing and matlab licensing services will also be available.

ALSO, don't forget the generator test that will affect all Neuro pavilions SATURDAY, March 16, 2019 From 06:00 to 07:30

So before leaving work for the weekend, you should properly shutdown your BIC workstation, then power it off along with any connected devices (USB disks, etc). Lastly, power down the UPS and unplug it from the power outlet. The Workstations in 527 Pine will NOT be affected.
