Workshop on Neural Signal and Image Processing: Quantitative Analysis of
Neural Activity.
Toronto May 20 & 21, 2019.

In this workshop, different analysis methods will be overviewed to help
to understand complex brain signals. This two day course will provide a
survey of diverse topics, including methods for analyzing single and
multiple spike trains, local field potential, EEG/MEG recordings, brain
networks, fMRI data and modeling.
The target audience of the workshop will be graduate students,
postdoctoral researchers, and PIs in neuroscience and psychology with
interest in data analysis. The course will combine lectures and
hands-on tutorials using MATLAB. Participants will perform the computer
exercises using data sets and analysis software on their own laptop
computers.
This workshop is a satellite event before Canadian Association for
Neuroscience meeting. Registration will be through the CAN registration
webpage. Registration fee is $95, and it includes lunch and coffee
breaks. Please note that we have limited number of seats and acceptance
will be based on registration order, thus please register soon to ensure
your spot.
