Dear BIC faculty members, post-docs, students and staff,

You are all invited to participate to "The 2018 BIC Retreat », which will held at Usine C, Montreal (see link to google map below and venue) on December 10th, 2018. This 1-day event will not only give us the chance to get to know each other better, but to provide a forum to learn more about the different research activities being conducted at the BIC, exchange ideas and foster collaborations.

The « Retreat Committee » composed of (Christine Tardif, Leight MacIntyre, Boris Bernhardt, Sridar Narayanan, Deborah Rashcovsky, Francine Bélanger and myself) is working on a scientific program that will be circulated asap. Please note, however, that:
Dr. Derek Jones, Cardiff University, has accepted our invitation to give a keynote lecture.I will be giving a review of the BIC activities in 2018.The scientific program will be followed by our annual "Christmas Party".
