Hello,
Kindly take note that the server for the BIC website containing the online scan scheduler is down at the moment.

Unfortunately we are unable to verify the scans that are presently booked and we are unable to receive new email requests for future scans at this time.  However, if you have a booking confirmation, please show up for your reserved scanning time.

McGill IT is aware and working on it.
