[BIC-announce] Difficulties with confirmation of MRI time slots

Dear all,

Please note that, due to the unavoidable and unexpected absence of key BIC staff, it is taking much longer than normal to confirm time requests on the MRI systems (presumably MEG and PET are also affected).  This has led to multiple requests for the same time slot that have not been addressed.

We expect the situation to be resolved Monday, and apologize for the inconvenience.  If you are uncertain whether you have a time slot between now and Monday, the best we can offer is that you phone the MRI techs at 514-398-6844 and ask for an update (keeping in mind that the techs also now have incomplete scheduling info).
