Hello,

I am writing on behalf of Brain Awareness Montreal, an organization that
aims to increase public awareness and interest in brain research through a
variety of programs for people of all ages. We are in the process of organizing
the annual Brain Awareness Week campaign for 2014 and are currently assessing
the best methods to recruit volunteers for several positions. We would like
to recruit students in various science departments and would like to know
if you would be able to post or send out our recruitment blurb. I will
include the blurb below as well as attach our recruitment poster. If you
are able to send both out, it would be greatly appreciated.

If you are not the right person to contact, could you suggest a person that
could help us to reach a large body of students?

<<To all undergraduate and graduate students with a basic knowledge and
interest in neuroscience,

Brain Awareness Montreal (BAM) is currently looking for volunteers to help
organize Brain Awareness Week 2014, March 10-16, 2014. BAM aims to increase
public awareness and interest in brain research through a variety of
programs for people of all ages, including elementary and high school
presentations, scientific cafés, and the summer Eureka festival.

If you are interested in joining our team, we will be having information
sessions on the McGill and Montréal University campuses in the next week
(see attached poster for dates, times, and places).

Je vous écris de la part de ''Cerveau en tête Montréal', une organisation
dont le but est d’augmenter la connaissance et l’intérêt du public dans le
domaine de la neuroscience . Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche de
bénévoles  pour rejoindre nos équipes. Nous voundrions recruter des
étudiants des départements reliés aux sciences (par exemple, psychologie)
et nous sommes curieux de savoir si vous souhaitez  nous aider en affichant
notre petite note de recrutement?

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche de bénévoles  pour rejoindre nos
équipes, donc si vous êtes intéressés par le recrutement des bénévoles, la
comité des écoles secondaires (francophones et anglophones), le comité
Euréka ou encore faire la promotion de CeTM, joignez-vous à nous!
