Dear Colleagues,

If you are attending the 75th anniversary symposium at the Montreal Neurological Institute and Hospital, please note on Monday, November 2, you must be seated in the Jeanne Timmins amphitheatre before 8:30 am.  At this time, welcoming remarks will be made by dignitaries, including a prominent political figure, David Colman, Heather Munroe-Blum, Arthur Porter, Richard Levin and Alain Beaudet.

Due to protocol for the elected official, we cannot allow anyone to enter the room after he enters and the program starts.  If you arrive late, you will be directed to Room W201 to see the opening comments on live video-feed.

At 9 am, when the dignitaries leave, you will be welcomed into the Jeanne Timmins amphitheatre, and can come and go as needed throughout the 2 -day symposium on November 2 and 3.
