(patient) behavioural data and 3D/4D brain imaging data for an
international, multi-center study. The expected result is a platform
that will allow remote users to transfer large quantities of complex
data to large databases stored at remote locations, query existing
databases, and visualize imaging data as 3D maps in real time. This
innovative project provides standardized tools which scientists and
brain imaging researchers around the globe may use to collaborate
productively and fully, using available computing and networking
resources.
Based at McGill University and at international partner sites, the
database developer will be responsible for the coding, testing,
debugging, deployment, and documentation of software and databases for a
distributed scientific computing platform. He/she will analyse the
requirements set out in the grant application and technical architecture
