To all concerned,

 

As you are well aware, this year's Neuroscience meeting starts November
12 in Washington DC.

 

In order to avoid last minute submissions, we ask that you provide any
files for printing no later than Monday, November 7.

 

We cannot guarantee posters will be printed in time if submitted after
this date.

 

On site poster display boards, according to the official Neuroscience
website is 44(h) inches X 66(w) inches.
