[BIC-announce] sublet

Hello all,

Apologies for the indiscriminate mail, but I'm in a bit of a pinch
looking to sublet my apartment.  Here are the basics:

It is a fully furnished 4 and 1/2 with balcony but only 3 and 1/2 would
be available as I'll be using one room for storage. By foot, it's 8
minutes from the MNI, 3 minutes from St. Laurent and 15 minutes from the
downtown core.  The closest metro is Jeanne-Mance about 5 minutes away.
 Rent is $700 including heating, hot water and all furnishings.  Start
time could be anywhere between September 1st and October 1st.  You can
