[MINC-development] project tmap onto surfaces

volume_object_evaluate can map an MINC volume onto the nearest surface
vertex of a surface, producing a vertex-wise text file containing values
which can be displayed on the surface using `Display surface.obj -vertex
vertexfile.txt`
