[Loris-dev] Issue with password reset on LORIS 20.1.0 and LORIS 20.2.0

Hi loris-dev team,

About a month ago at CHU Sainte-Justine we did a fresh installation of
LORIS 20.1.0. We noticed at that time that the password recovery mechanism
wasn't sending the recovery email to the user (Home Page -> Login (module)
-> click on "Forgot your password?"). We upgraded to LORIS 20.2.0 and the
issue seems persist for us. I'm wondering if somebody else have a similar
issue. The strange thing is that for LORIS 19 is working fine.
