[Loris-dev] LORIS-MRI - filterParameters() function of the profile file

Hi all,

Since I have not heard of any project that customized the function*
filterParameters() *present in their profile file, *note that this function
will be removed from the profileTemplate in LORIS-MRI and moved to the
LORIS-MRI scripts instead*.
