[Loris-dev] Loris issues with updating some SQL tables (dealing with instruments)

Hi Justin,

Thanks for the quick response.  That was my first thought as well, but it
is the same user.  And it seems that via the front end /
data_dictionary_builder.php script I can update some tables but not others
and it is not apparent to me why this could be.
