[Loris-dev] LORIS in Docker

Hi,

Thanks Dave for the nice workshop today.

I just pushed a Docker container with a LORIS installation in it.

In case you want to try it, it's at glatard/ubuntu-loris in Docker Hub, 
and the LORIS admin password is W_32N,7ak`An#RT
apache2 and mysql have to be started manually as they don't start at boot.
