[Preventad-mri] Stop-AD Calendar for our Future Executive, Working and Manuscript meetings for year 2016-2017 (Please excuse if any email duplication)

Good Afternoon everyone!

Please find enclosed the 2016-2017 calendar of Stop-AD Meetings (which includes Executive, Working and Manuscript Group Meeting).

HOUR of meetings  10:00am to 11:00am

The procedure is the same as last year:

Note: "working groups (WGM)" per month  will be replaced with "2 manuscript working groups (MWGM)"
WEEK 1: Executive Committee Meeting (ECM) takes place on the first Wednesday of every month.
WEEK 2: Manuscript working Group  Meeting (MWGM) /  WEEK 3: Working Group  Meeting (WGM)
WEEK 4: Manuscript working Group  Meeting (MWGM)

**PLEASE note that meetings will take place in two different conference rooms: PERRY E-2205 and PERRY E-3517**

For the rest of the year 2016: all meeting will be held in PERRY E-3517 (beside cafeteria) other conference room was not available.

For the year 2017: Executive Committee Meeting and Working Group Meeting will be held in PERRY E-2205
