[MINC-users] Subdividing a coloured surface object

Hi Andrew,

The fix I created is checked into the "develop" branch of
https://github.org/BIC-MNI/bicpl

You should be able to rebuild conglomerate and Display to get versions that
will preserve appropriate colours when subdividing.
