[MINC-users] MINC tools on RedHat

Dear All,

Is there a pre-compiled version of the MINC tools for RedHat?
Otherwise, is there a procedure to compile the MINC tools from scratch, 
i.e. which packages need to be installed first (e.g. NetCDF)?
And for someone that do not have Admin privileges?

The version of RedHat is:
