[MINC-users] Virtual machine that includes minc tools

I once built a VM "MINCbuntu" (still available at
http://packages.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/virtual-machines/), but that hasn't been
updated since 2009, so I'd suggest to follow Andrew's suggestion at this
point :-)
