Hi Vladimir,

It's your packaging so it's your call but I think what you are
suggesting makes a lot of sense going into the future. The only change
I'd make would be to use /opt/minc/data instead of /opt/minc/share.
Yes I know this breaks debian/Ubuntu packaging rules but for users it
may be more clear.
