[MINC-users] Building RMINC

Hi Christopher,

I'm compiling against release-1.0.08 of minc-toolkit.  I've never really
understood the differences between minc-toolkit and minc-toolkit-v2, but I
can try switching to that.

I'm on Ubuntu 12.04 (64-bit) with R version 3.2.5.
