[MINC-users] mincresample -like and -{tfm,use}_input_sampling

Hi all,

I realized that mincresample happily accepts multiple of these options
simultaneously:

-like <model.mnc>
-tfm_input_sampling
-use_input_sampling

I would think that these three options should be mutually exclusive, and
that mincresample should check for that? I believe at the moment, -like
silently takes precedence between these three.
