Hi Pedro,

Vladimir has some tools in ITK to do this but it depends on what you
means by holes and if the remainder of the binary image is contiguous.

If the latter then have a look at mincmorph, you can then frame the
problem as removing the smallest contiguous object of the inverse of
the binary mask. To do this use the Group and K[] - keep operations.
