If you are still confused, post back to the list with what it is you want
to do (e.g.,, I have two dicom images and i just want to do some simple
masking, I have a program in C/vtk/matlab and I want to read in the data,
do x, and output the data, etc.) and a bit about what programming
background you have, and I'm sure we can help.
