Hi Tanweer,

Yes - autcrop will do that for you:

autocrop -isoexpand 1v <in.mnc> <out.mnc>

for a 1-voxel padding all around.

autocrop calls mincreshape or mincresample; you can also use mincreshape
directly, but in that case you will need to calculate the arguments to
-start and -count yourself.
