Hi Portia,
 You should probably sign up to group mails to get feed back.
Maybe a little more detail on what type of analysis you will be doing will
help too. Is it just measuring volumes?  Will you be doing registrations?
I'd be cautious with Osirix volumetrics - the volume calculation is not the
usual product of voxel volumes by voxel count, but rather the volume of the
ROIs interpolated in the z direction (with a rather unusual formula if you
check the source) - it is not intended for for scattered lesions for
example.
