[MINC-users] Wikibook coordinate conversion documentation fixed

Thanks Tarek,

I made that page originally by transcribing (largely manually) the
.tex sources to wikibooks format, perhaps there was something in this
conversion that went awry.  By all means edit away as you see fit.
