[MINC-users] bug fix in minc-toolkit with ITK4

Hello Everybody,

I fixed some bugs in my building scripts for compiling minc-toolkit
version with ITKv4 causing disabled optimization in compilation of
some libraries, most notably FFTW.

The updated version: binary packages and the source code is available
at  http://www.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/ServicesSoftware/ServicesSoftwareMincToolKit#1.9.2
