We (CAI, UQ) volunteered a while back to build an introductory
Biomedical Imaging course covering Xray/CT/PET/MRI/Ultrasound for
edx.org, it starts in April so if you have new students or anyone who
wants a background to what we all do, it might be of interest.

Being a MOOC, it's free to participate.
