Hello, I am new to MINC, and I am trying to figure out if anyone has implemented STAPLE algorithm using MINC data. Original implementation can be found on the following link, but it seems to have issues with MINC files. http://crl.med.harvard.edu/software/STAPLE/ Thanks, Nikhil
