Hi all,
A new version of mincbeast is now available through the BIC website:
http://www.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/ServicesSoftwareAdvancedImageProcessingTools/BEaST/
mincbeast is a MINC implementation of BEaST - a patch based brain
extraction algorithm (for T1w MRI).
A precompiled binary for Linux x86_64 systems is available along with the
source code. The bleeding edge source can always be found at:
https://github.com/BIC-MNI/BEaST
The latest version (1.15) has documentation on how to build a template
library of ICBM and ADNI data as well has how to tailor a library specific
studies. Further information is provided here:
https://github.com/BIC-MNI/BEaST/blob/master/README
https://github.com/BIC-MNI/BEaST/blob/master/README.library
Have a great day.
Simon
