Thanks for the bug report. This has been corrected in the MINC github
repository here:

   https://github.com/BIC-MNI/N3/commit/0fdb7b069afec6983d5aa0be1f9156266cef393b

I don't have any control over which version(s) of the MINC tools
freesurfer uses though! so can't update your version.
